Weight Loss Motivation Tips

Everyone needs a little motivation on their weight loss journey.
Here are a few tips to help you along the way

1.Role Model~ Have a role model. Someone who eats healthily & works out regularly. Notice how that person acts around food, what they eat & how they eat. How do they fit exercise in?

2. Lose your clothes as you lose weight~ Get rid of any clothes that are too big as soon as you lose weight. Anyone with a fat set of clothes in the closet is expecting to fit them again & actions follow expectations.

3. Take inspiration from others~ read weight loss magazines. Cut out inspirational stories. If they can do it, so can you.

4. Take progress photos each month~ Take a pic of yourself in your swimsuit at the start of your weight loss journey. Each month take another picture wearing the same thing so you can see your progress.

5. Reward yourself~ Boost your weight loss motivation by promising yourself a treat when you reach your goals. Doesn't have to be food related. Ex. new clothes
